Delivery & Returns

At SelvaBio, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly and in good condition. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Dispatch Times

As a general rule, orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been received, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

During busy periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays or unexpected courier delays, dispatch and delivery times may take slightly longer.

Delivery Services

We usually ship orders using Royal Mail. Depending on the service selected, the size of the order or operational requirements, we may use another suitable courier or delivery provider.

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information so that you can follow your order online.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges may include postage, handling and packaging costs. Handling costs may be fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight, size and destination of the package.

We recommend placing all items in one order where possible. We cannot combine two separate orders once they have been placed, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually.

Free UK Shipping

SelvaBio offers free UK shipping on orders over £100.

This offer applies to eligible UK orders only and may be subject to change.

Packaging

We take care to protect products during packing, especially fragile items such as cacao, glass bottles or other delicate goods.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by the delivery provider. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and products.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SelvaBio.com.

You may request a return within 15 working days of receiving your order, provided that the products:

  • Have not been opened or used
  • Are not damaged
  • Remain in their original packaging
  • Keep their original label
  • Are returned in a resaleable condition, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot usually accept returns of opened or used food products unless there is a valid product issue.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if relevant

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and aim to respond within 24 business hours with the next steps.

Return Shipping

If the return is accepted due to a product issue, damaged item or approved claim, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise agreed by SelvaBio.

Replacements and Refunds

When we receive a return claim for one of our products, we will first review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement.

If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund once the product has been returned to us and reviewed.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
